All kWh per season   $0.08280/kWh

The total charges for the irrigation season shall not be less than:

1. the contract amount during contract life
2. $13/horsepower if service is turned on during the season
3. $6/kVA of transformer capacity if service is idle

Provided, however, the annual minimum charge shall not be less than $90.00 for single phase irrigation service and not less than $150.00 for three phase irrigation service. Turn off charge of $50.00 at time of disconnection.
